Absolute nightmare with *****ic staff!! The underwriters Mr Remi January should be investigated for substandard communication, tardiness and wasting months of my time during my risk cover application. These individuals are merely penpushing clerical staff who contribute zero service and OM should be careful as they lead to clien dissatisfaction. Overall experience is 1/10.
