Absolute horrible service from Old Mutual Superfund

I am a Financial Advisor with Standard Bank for the past 20 years. I have been trying to move funds from the Superfund into preservation funds for clients who were retrenched. This has been dragging on since early January 2020 without success. We have spent days on the phone with Old Mutual Superfund and they just keep coming up with more excuses every time. I am wondering, if I as a broker have so much problems with them, how on earth would a client manage...… This is not the first time I have had these problems with Superfund. You should change the name to Old Mutual Super**** Service instead it seems? I have gone through to your complaints department too, but it seems they fall under the same name. I hope I never have to deal with you again.....
