Absolute disregard to procedure of provident fund

To whom it May Concern<br> <br> I left Tsebo Outsourcing Group (Drake and Scull) 31st December 2015, and they did not send through the needed documents to Old Mutual in order for Old Mutual to process my funds to be paid out. I have contacted Old Mutual on a daily basis and still am. They are still confirming that Tsebo Outsourcing Group has not yet sent my documents and that they are a month behind on their payroll.<br> <br> I am completely disgusted as i should have received my money in January already, it is now the 3rd February and still in the same status.<br> <br> This needs to be dealt with urgently as it is unacceptable, i have sent an email to Drake and Scull's CEO who also blatantly ignored my email and never received a response till this date.
