I have never seen such incompetency from a big company like yours. I comp**** with everything that you are from and said the reinstatement is from the 1st of November. i don't know if your mind were already in November 2024 because the account has not been debited since then. No i know and understand when people say Old mutual is only about money. if i was dead it means my corpse would still be the mortuary when everything has been submitted including going out of my way to go see the surgeon before the due date. I am not disappointed but disgusted, now it make sense when that woman brought a corpse of her husband to the branch then only things started moving Do not forget that our monthly premiums are what makes out mutual if people can quite the scheme you will be joining fellow south africans sitting under trees everyday.

The premium rate as given so that was difficult to deduct and reduce my stress after all the things i went through.
