A rude employee is a problem in any business

I must say I was impressed by the manner in which the receptionist(Tracy van Rooyen) conducted herself and her level of professionalism is of the highest calibre by far. She was going on lunch and made sure we all know who we follow so that there is no confusion. She then left a guy by the name of Vela at reception who could not be identified because his name tag was not on. I was there to cancel my policies but after spending some time with one of the consultants who happens to be a friend of mine, I was convinced to leave my child's investment plan. I DO NOT WANT anything to do with Old Mutual anymore after the pathetic attitude from Vela. I knew who I was following and when that guy went out from cubicle 11, I stood and was told to sit don in a very rude tone by Vela and he instructed some other client who came from out of nowhere to go through. I tried to find out the reason why someone has to go before me when there was a list of clients and again this Vela was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me \haai sisi ngithe hlala phansi". I am ****ed off"
