A poor sercieb experience as an ex Old Mutual staff member.

I called Old Mutual call ce tee this morning at 10a.m. Waited 29 minutes before I put duwn. My debit order on a marmrured RA was still deducted. I e. After waiting 3 weeks fur the one third payout. It was over public holidays but being in an aithorisees queue for 10 days minus public holidays was too long. The agents managed an ex staffers expectations very poorly. Having worked there I now have experienced poor service.... Except for a good broker I would have thrown u the towel a long tine ago.
