A MONTH NOW, RETIREMENT ANNUITY NOT CANCELLED!

I sent through the relevant forms to cancel my RA on the 19th February.... after daily calls, RA was only cancelled yesterday 17th March!! I kept being told that issue was being escalated! obviously, not escalated high enough! now Im being told that it will take a further 5 days to get my money paid to me??! this, in between, *********** call centre agents! so you can imagine my frustration! I couldn't be bothered about their internal processes, I want my money paid into my account before their promised 21 days!! I am so furious with Old Mutual that I just want this over and done with now.... Old Mutual belongs in my past!!
