A month and still no feedback

I had sent in my forms to get my RA which was less than R4000 paid to me on 2 April already, we are in May and I have still not even gotten a response as to when my money will get paid to me, this is the last time that I will have to communicate with old mutual, because of their bad customer service I have moved all my policies to Discovery, and now I just want my money paid out to me so that I never have to deal with them again, but I am waiting a month now already
