A manager called me and asked me collude on a ***** accusation

I have 3 existing policies with Old Mutual. In June this year I was contacted by Ashivana from the Durban office who asked me (long story short) collude to the point to say my advisor **********ly signed me up and in turn she will sort out my policy. I was disgusted and cut the call and logged a complaint with O.M. This was in June 2017 btw, to date I cannot get anyone to assist me from this company or even the courtesy of a call. WHAT THE F#$K kind of a place is this, I would in a normal instance cancel my policies and move on from this as I do not need to deal with this type of people, however with investments 1 cannot just cancel so I am entrapped in dealing with such idiots.

I doubt that I will get a call from here anyways...bunch a Aholes
