A great guy sorted me out, but sadly not enough when policy in a company means he needed to step in in the first place.
My issue was resolved very quickly, but tt is ONLY due to Mogammad Mintin that I came back here to do this. Whilst I will likely never make use of Old Mutual's service, the patience, politeness and respect with which he handled the trouble with my mother's funeral policy is worth recognising. Thank you for that.
Sorry Mogammad - it'd be 5, but Old Mutual doesn't deserve it.
