A claim for ill health

<p>I was working for Nedbank then I resigned in 09/03/2015 I got my provident fund but I saved R20 000 , but in November 2015 I took a portion of my money and I was told that I will not make another withdrawal unless I reach the age of 55 or I get an ill health or a disability. On the 9th of May 2017 I scanned through the protector form signed by my doctor stating that I'm unable to work due to ill health condition but Old Mutual doesn't want to pay me my money but I won't be able to work again and as we speak I'm unemployed. Please help me out I need help as I have kids to take care of.</p>
