90' unclaimed pension fund

Hi my name is Moegamat I worked at media 24 in the 90's last year they send me a SMS about my unclaimed pension fund I send them the necessary paperwork on 15 October 2021 the lady i spoke with told me it takes + - 12 weeks to pay out till date there has been know pay out and when I phone media 24 they just tell me the holdup is with old mutual to a point where the lady I'm in contact with at media 24 told me to phone here back on Monday (14 March) know answer and normally when I phone them she phone back . I'm at my wit's end can you pls help as I need my money .Thank you Hello Peter
