You guys put on my credit status that I made an enquiry on the 14th of December 2023, which I never made! And that I missed a payment in January 2024, and our contact CLEARLY states that you deduct on the 25th of each month. I have never missed a payment with Old Mutual and would most certainly NOT recommend anyone to take out a loan with you because you lie on you clients. Why would you do that??????
