Can you please help me,I don’t have a policy with old.I cancel all my policies, due to affordability. So now every month Old Mutual is debiting on my Acc,so I don’t know what to say now. Past 2 week I went to the branch ,to play a complain about this matter. They log a ticket, till today I didn’t get any feedback of my refund. They taking R65.00 every month, I don’t know it’s for what, so I need a solution because even this month of August they did debit again the same mount. My Name is Busisiwe Sithole Cell number: *** ID: *** R65 for me it’s a lot money they can’t do as they please in my Bank Account
