A policy has been added to my old mutual account without my permission/agreement. I don't even know the Ayanda Mtshweni person they have put on the cover. The cover started on the 10th December 2025 and the premium amount is R197.00.
I want the policy cancelled and the person who *****ulently took this cover under my name FIRED. I want to open a ***** case as well. I want my money back asap. Policy number: ***
