8 Weeks waiting for policy reinstate

Policy Number: ***5 8 weeks ago, i got this text from one of your social media page, Facebook "Hi Nemukumbini, Thank you for providing us with your details. Your request to reinstate policy ***5 has been sent to the relevant department." This was 8 weeks ago... even now i am still waiting. If you can't reinstate my policy , let me know so that i can take a policy with other organisations.
