I am writing this to express my disappointment in your service. I have taken out a retirement policy since 2008 .

Your service has been pathetic to say the least. You have been debiting the account via the stop order and to my surprise the policy has been cancelled due to non-payment. I have proof that your have debited on the month of March 2022. Please solve the matter or send my money back. Customer service obviously means nothing to you.

I have been loyal to Old Mutual since I've started working, well guess what ? You have lost a customer for life! I will need all my paid premiums since 2008 if this matter is not resolved
