6 Months ZERO help or contact

Trying to move a policy to my name from my deceased fathers for over 6 months now and you do not respond to emails or answer phones. Waiting for 20+ min on your complaints line and zero emails from any of your contacts after an initial auto message. I know you got the emails but you just flat out ignore everything.
