6 days later no online response!!!
I still have not received any feedback regarding the enquiry i made on Wednesday 12 August 2015. I mean how long does it take Old Mutual to get back to clients with regards to queries regarding THEIR OWN MONEY. Please ensure that I get feedback by COB today or else i am taking my business elsewhere. I also work in the insurance field & i know very well how customer service should be & this is definitely not part of your company values.
