57 days and counting for a Funeral Policy Claim. So on 5th April 2021 we lost my brother he got knocked by a Train and on the 7th we went to Old mutual in Pinetown to claim from the funeral policy. It's been 8 weeks later we have no feedback, no status on the claim and in addition to that they have debited for premiums twice after the claim. We have to inform the FSCA in Johannesburg this is definitely ******* and very traumatic for the family.
