Took an investment with phumzile biyela at Old mutual alberton for 12 months that was the agreement and now I went to cash up yesterday cash up amount R24000 was told my investment was/is a 10 years investment.manager could not help me as well, When I took the investment it was for my specific needs as I initially requested for 5MONTHS investment and was offered A12 months now they say I cant get my money please help.i must also indicate that I am an old lady that was saving from my pension 2000per month now I want to do what I saved for and cannot instead I am told I can only get 17400 and must continue for the next 10 years with investment, I cannot this was a short term investment. It was difficult while I was saving now I have to use the money and go back to my normal life.
