5 years policy in drain Old Mutual

Writing this on behalf of my sister next to me. Quoting from her bad experience with Old mutual life insurance.

Policy number 69668P***

Shes been paying her policy for over 5years through Debit order.

What transpired June 2020 she moved her salary to old mutual from Capitec Bank and Transfered all her Debits from Capitec to Old mutual with the help of Old mutual bank

She expained that her salary she needs to get from old mutual as she had problems with capitec then which happened and she followed all the necessary instructions And with old mutual branch help she managed and asked them to transfer all her different policies to debit from her old mutual bank.

She took letters to companies like sanlam and all her policies holders account.

Its with dismay now that she gets a letter written 20 January 2021 of her 5years policy cancelation which the letter she received now 17th March that the policy hasn't been paid from the same June 2020

She went to branch they say was a mistake from their sales person and they demand her to pay R743, 20 due by 16 may

Or R891, 84 due by 16 june

Whose expense with their negligence?

No form of communication from June 2020 to alert the client that policy haven't received any amount.
