5 months and still waiting

After 5 months of claiming my late father's estates my family and I are still waiting feedback from Old Mutual, We have followed the correct procedures and provided all the sufficient documentation that was needed for us to receive our inheritance but we are still waiting on God knows what. The law firm has tried on several accounts to reach out to them with no answer from the consultant who is managing the process. We have been waiting patiently but our patience is running out.
