Talk about being difficult. I app**** for a loan. I've been employed with the same company for over 24 years, started at the bottom and am now senior management. I don't get paid one single lump sum on a specified day, but rather a portion is paid into my account every single week and it totals the amount on my payslip. Because of this, Old Mutual doesn't believe that I am permanently employed (despite being provided a letter from the company and my payslips). What the hell? I am not a fly by night who skips jobs every few weeks. TWENTY FOUR YEARS with one company is probably longer than some of your staff have been on earth! You know what? Forget it - stick this application whereever you want. I'm gatvol with bias nonsense!
