35% increase just for updating beneficiaries
I called in on the 17/03 to add my son to the policy as a beneficiary and to my surprise none of my children were added by that useless broker which I requested to remove from my policy , The biggest shock comes from an 35% increase in premiums for updating beneficiaries I have been with Old Mutual for over 10 years and each time you never failed with giving bad service, the cherry on top comes from waiting on the line for over an hour today, just for a consultant to drop the call , I want this rectified my annual increase is 6% based on my age as per my contract I AM NOT ACCEPTING THIS NONSENSE! Fix this ! , I will report this to the FSCA !
