3 years and still waiting

<p>Three years ago I divorced from my husband and the final divorce order from the Northern high court was that all moneys from my former husband’s pension fund should be paid out to me immediately. Since then I have spent thousand of rands and countless hours trying to get OLD MUTUAL to come to the party. They started with feeble excuses telling that there is no money, I paid a attorney to track the money down, and we did. I know exactly where the money is and the account number of witch OLD MUTUAL is earning interest from every passing month. The list of excuses go's on and on and on. I have spoken to more than 39 OLD MUTUAL employees over the past three years and no one can give me a straight answer as to why the Court Order is just being ignored but the last person I spoke to on 23rd June 2016, a Mr. H van Heerden, Pension fund Department manager whom once again just like the rest of his co-workers promised to get back to me with answers, never did and once again just ignored my messages and phone calls. Just one more company with no integrity nor honesty, I will NEVER recommend OLD MUTUAL to anyone. The service I cot from this company and its so called management team is discussing!! I will not back down from this; the next correspondence to Old Mutual will be from my legal team.</p> <p> </p>
