3 weeks is a record!!!

<p>hi.</p> <p>i have lot of products at old mutual... 3 weeks ago i had to cancel 2 of my products and up until today i have no positve feed back from the company. Now how long does it take to to cancel a policy but they want to deduct and put you on a plan as quick as they like. i did send email to the company to ask how far they are with the process but they never came back to me. UNNECCEPTABLE! please dont phone me i will skel! </p>
