3 Policy and 1 is deactivated without a Reason
Am so disappointed with Old mutual , I have been with them since 2010, I have been paying funeral policy without any issue,since the past 2 month they were deducting 2 policy and leaving one policy without any reason ,I have holding on line to solve it since last month no success been holding without anyone answering me; Old Mutual since you'll decided to deactivate my policy I want all my premium I have been paying since started with the policy. I have been calling your terrible service call centre and everytime my phone drop .I just spoke to Michelle now and pretend she can't hear me and drop since I have been calling non stop

22 May 2022, 08:37Since I lodge a complaint, have not received any concrete feedback on why on 3 policy which are deducted in same day, 1 policy is dis-active with out proper reason . When my salary is paid in my account , Old Mutual is the first to deduct in my account so why 1policy was unsuccessful which I have been paying since 2016.
