3 Months waiting for Pension pay out!

My retired mom has been painfully waiting for her pension payout from OM which was transferred from GEPF in October last year to Old Mutual. it is so sad and sickening how OM seems to have failed to get things in order, to this day. keeping someone waiting with absolutely NO income , while you are already making money with her moneys is just UNACCEPTABLE! if anybody plans on handing over their pension funds to OM, they should worry. Old Mutual just doesn't care much about its customers. only about themselves!
