3 months and Old Mutual has not released funds from Tax Free Savings, I keeping contacting them

I was at Carlton Centre Old Mutual on 24 January to withdraw R8000 from my daughters TFSA.They said it will take 14 days for money to reflect, up to this day theres no funds reflecting.

Then February 18, 2022 I enquired at customer service via email. I was told because child must have own bank account so the money can go there. I supp**** bank statement of daughter plus birth certificate March 01, 2022.

Today 21 April still no money released from my daughters TFSA

Received below on 28 April and yesterday went to check bank balance. The money is not reflecting.

'Kindly note policy ******x Disinvestement request has been successfully finalised.

I am pleased to confirm that the funds have been released .
These funds should reflect in your bank account within 24-48 hours.'
