Request for withdraw send to Old Mutual on 24 August 2023 and only submitted to SARS for IT3 on 28 August 2023. When I called on Monday the agent advised that they will receive the IT3 same dY and if not Tuesday morning but she will send me a mail in this regard. Upon asking if they do receive the tax directive how soon will the funds paid out out I was answered as soon as possible as I need the funds to pay for intensive foot rehabit Litayion after deep de ridement. No mails received and called Tuesday afternoon again to heard that this process can take up to 21 working days. Wednesday another story from a different agent. I cannot afford to loose my foot and will Old Mutual pay for a prosthesis? Urgent feedback please.
