3 days truned into 5 months

when my father passed on, I received an sms stating that a certain amount of money has been paid into my account and that it will reflect after 3 days but till this day nothing has reflected. I called to enquire and I was told to fax my bank statement which I did and there was no respond. I called two more times and both times they asked for my bank statement but STILL TILL THIS DAY MY QUERY HAS NOT BEEN HANDLED.<br> <br> CAN YOU PLEASE ATTEND TO MY QUERY AND GIVE WHAT BELONGS TO ME.
