2pot request done in September the 16th

I did a 2pot request of the 16th September and I am yet to receive the funds. It's already out of SLA coz turnaround time as per request is 30days. Today it's the 4th of November and I'm still waiting. The funds left my fund long ago but I don't even know where the money is sitting.
