2pot dissapointment
I app**** for a 2pot withdrawal on the 2nd of march.received a message on friday 6th that directive was received from sars and payment being processed.up until today 11th of march no feedback or movement from old mutual.cant get thru to agent either.people withdraw from their 2pot for an emergency yet you have to wait to no avail.i think its unecceptable having to wait for your own money.colleagues of mine got theirs on the 9th already.quite dissapointed to say the least.
