2019 CLAIM, STILL NO PAYMENT IN 2021
I have an outstanding claim going back to 2019. I have disinvested with old mutual but have not received the funds or any feedback on why they have not paid out. Every time I call I am assured that all information and documentation are in order but no communication and no money. I have even escalated the matter but nothing from Old Mutual. Never invest with Old Mutual because you are never getting that money back!!!

17 Jun 2021, 08:16Old Mutual has been for the last couple of months saying they will communicate with me but I have no correspondence from them just a high phone bill because I am the only one communicating.

17 Jun 2021, 16:52As expected an assessor will call you this morning was the reply from Old Mutual but as expected Old Mutual has not made any contact with me and it's close of business. Another disappointment.
