20 days turn around turned to 32 days.

I am truly disappointed with the superfund claims department , I made a payout request on the 14th of February 2023, assisted by Elissa who promised that the payout will take max 20 days , and after few days i made follows ups and was told about tax , 32 days later , still have not received the payout and still tax is an issue , and it seems my claim is stagnant in one department with no movement , i had today and be all mad for my claim to be taken as a priority , and even with the priority flag on the claim , now the is an it issue in the spins , i am not sure who is not doing their work but a 20 day claim exceeding to 32 is uncalled for and not even the team leader is able to resolve the internal issue .
