2 weeks of waiting to claim my own money to nothing

For the past 2 weeks I have been to claim my investment from old mutual by mail and calls,

I filled out the documents needed which were supp**** by my lawyer so that I could claim my money from old mutual, not to dis-invest but to take out a portion of the amount. I have sent three mails a day from the 6th of this month of October till today just asking if my documents are correct so that we could move on to the next phase to calaim from my investment, I know that it take 5-7 working days for the amount I asked for to be processed and sent to my account. God bless mr/Mrs May who is the only one at old mutual services that ever replies back to my mails and I explained the urgency of this claim because time running out on what the investment money is going to be used for.

Mr/Mrs May said that my matter has been sent to the claims department and that mr/Mrs may has excalated my issue and that department will be in contact with me today, hence nothing has happened today, I don't even know who to mail or call in that department or even what is needed to claim or the process.

I have sent mails through the channels I know ( Facebook - watsapp) only get robot replies.

I'm at a wits end here and will have to really dis-invest my whole policy - which are the focussed plan ( paid up) and the smoothed performance life ( paid up) and move it to a different company that informs its clients on their processes.

I'm just disappointed and heart broken cause my late father and uncle worked for old mutual and was brought up on there morals and business that they are a good run company and can be trusted, now regrettably I don't see this anymore and this doesn't sit well with me at all.
