2 weeks no response on pension fund payout

I've been waiting 2 weeks for someone to call me re my pension fund to be paid out. Tired of hearing HIGH CALL VOLUMES or having to wait THIRTY MINUTES on the phone to speak to someone. I sent my ID number to the SMS number. No feedback. Also don't understand how it makes sense to tell me to do this is my claim has not even been captured. I am u employed and need my money please
