2 weeks ago I opened a money account with them, today they suspend it with my funds in it saying I need to submit FICA documents
2 weeks ago I opened a money account with them, today they suspend it with my funds in it saying I need to submit FICA documents. This was the case when I opened the account and now again the sad, sad service they give that I have to wait 3 days before they can assist with the issue. I cannot even access the money in the account
