2 Pot withdrawal OLd Mutual

I am very dissatisfied with the way OM handling the 2 pot withdrawals.They firstly delayed the submission process in order to get their systems ready and now when one does claim there is no feedback and still a lengthy delay in processing. Why have some companies managed to process within a week or so and Mutual one of the “bigger” companies are delaying the whole process in people getting their own monies ?!!
