2 pot withdrawal not paid after 3 weeks

After 3 weeks of withdrawing my two pot savings I still have not received my money, All I am being told is that it's pending... and it'll take 30 days of which I dont understand coz most companies have paid within two days.. This is such a disgrace nxmm, I would not advise anyone to invest with Old Mutual their service is pathetic to the core..take my word.
