2 Pot Withdrawal Frustration by Old Mutual

I am utterly disappointed, mad, frustrated, disgusted and angry with the way Old Mutual is treating us with the 2 Pot Withdrawal system. We submit withdrawals after they announced that they opening submission early and we get a ref number thats useless for following up then we are told they are waiting on SARS response, SARS respond in 2 to 4 days 👏👏 saying all is well then Old Mutual turns around and says we must wait 30 days to get the money. What nonsense is this after they were given 2 years to be ready for the volumes. Sanlam, Alex Forbes etc have already paid their members after a week of submitting a withdrawal. There is warning to all future investors as to who you must consider for retirement. I will consider my options soon cos I am really angry at the way we are being treated by Old Mutual. All their consultants are given a script to answer our questions, 30 days. Where's the urgency in that?
