2 pot system
Why have they suddenly decided that you can only withdraw from the 2 pot system on the 23rd of September instead of the 1st surely if government has said the 1st it should be the 1st

06 Nov 2024, 15:04SO FIRSTLY I BATTLED WITH OLD MUTUAL TO GET MY DETAILS CORRECT ON THEIR SYSTEM WEEKS IT TOOK UNTIL THAT ISSUE WAS RESOLVED EVENTUALLY I THEN APPLY FOR THE TWO POT NEARLY TWO MONTHS AGO ENDLESS EMAILS ENDLESS CALLS AND STILL NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY REALLY THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!! CLUELESS!
