2 pot system

If pathetic was a person we are taking about old Mutual. I have submitted my withdrawal claim for the 2 pot on the 16 of September and to date And have Recieved a reference number and that was it. I called the call centre they can’t even explain what is is happening they just told me my application is pending. Looks like the staff is not well trained on how to explain. Tried reaching out on tick tick and my comment was taken down. My cousins and families have Recieved their payouts yet they app**** after me. I have also called sars and the informed me that they have not Recieved anything from old mutual. I don’t think I would ever want to do business with old mutual.
