2 months going on 3 and still no conclusion

Never in my life again am I taking out a policy with Old Mutual,being told that a claim has no time standard for investigation and 2months down the line its still the same response after cooperating and doing everything they have asked you to do,whats worse is that i habe even given them the option of just closing the case and let it be but no they still refused kust to string me along..unbelievable for a company priding itself in quick payouts and all sorts of other things they do not live up to.
