2 in 1 Savings Disinvestment, bad service
Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> I having complaint about the time period taken for the PayOut of the money in my 2 in 1 Savings Policy for both longterm savings and the short term savings, i filled all the documents and emailed it to [Email Removed] during the 1st week of September 2015, the referece number i got my application is GSENQ***, I was promised the processing time is 7 to 10 working days, it is now the 5th of October 2015 and no payout has been done. I kindly request that a pay out be done immediately as this is totallly unacceptable<br> <br> Regards<br> John Paul Masembe
