2 in 1 policy

Today 19 may 2015 at about 16:30pm I went to old mutual at n1 city mall to withdraw some funds from my 2 in 1 short term pocket. The consultant asked me how long I have the policy and I said since November 2014 and he says that I can't withdraw unless the policy is 12 months old. I then told him that I ve never been told so and neither do my contract state so. I was then left with no choice but to cancel my policy with emediate effect. I went home and browsed through my contract and yet again it says that I have access to my money anytime after 1st premium is received. <br> It's the 1st time I've experienced such service from old mutual. I even made my family signed up for the 2 in 1 policy. <br> <br> So the reason I cancelled my policy is that I'm unable to access my money at any time as stated in the contract, and it will be the same reason why another 4 of my family members will be cancelling.
