***4: Old Mutual:Claim for ever pending

On December 2017 I submitted a claim for my late mother.I never thought that it could take this long.Still 2day the claim is still pending with the accessors. I used to like Old Mutual but now I'm starting to doubt if I made a right decision by taking all those policies from them. I think its about time I shop around for my life covers and savings.I dont want my kids to struggle claiming for me when I'm gone.
