14 days wait for a mere withdrawal of R3K

I didn’t believe it when people on X (Twitter) said #CancelOldMutual after a controversial tweet by a gentleman regarding withdrawals.

I then decided to withdraw everything I had put with Old Mutual (R3201) from a Tax Free Savings Account I’ve opened for my daughter in 2023. I made the withdrawal on 09 March 2024 and they said it will be processed between 5-7 working days. To this day (28 March 2024) I haven’t received the simple withdrawal. On 22 March 2024 I called the Old Mutual call centre and they said it will sorted between 3-5 working days

I now believe that Old Mutual should be cancelled, what is happening mara???? 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤😤😤

OLD MUTUAL JUST MAKE THE WITHDRAWAL AND LETS CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!! How can one wait for this long just to get a R3000 something 😡😡😤😤😤
