11 Days Outstanding refund

a Refund of R2000 is due to me.On the 1 st of February 2016 I went into the Cape Town branch of Old Mutual to sign the refund documents and to provide the bank statemena etc.needed.<br> <br> The refund form states processing takes 5 days,its been 11 days!<br> <br> When I called the client service call centre yesterday I was advise that the agent.will escalate for payout today,no money was received?<br> <br> Is anyone at Old Mutual actually working?<br> <br> I want my refund in my account today!
